Evelyn Bracey Scott Scholarship

Scholarship Information

Established by Evelyn Bracey Scott before her death in 1999, this scholarship endowment will assist a full-time student who demonstrates financial need. Mrs. Scott was a 1948 graduate of Radford University and a retired public school teacher. Mrs. Scott chose to fund this scholarship with the proceeds of her Virginia Retirement System Life Insurance.

Scholarship Criteria

• Must demonstrate financial need.
• FAFSA required.
• Must be a full-time student.
• Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.
