Cap Kehs, Robert McKosky and Ted McKosky, Sr. Memorial Scholarship in Cinematic Arts
Scholarship Information
Ted and Deidre Kehs McKosky are long time members of the Radford University community. Ted taught classes in the College of Visual and Performing Arts for 34 years. During his tenure he designed the Cinema component. Deidre was employed in the now Advancement Office at Radford University for 25 years. She managed the Foundation Scholarship program during her tenure. They created this scholarship in tribute to their Fathers, Cap Kehs and Ted McKosky, Sr. Their intent is to recognize and provide financial assistance for students who are obtaining a Cinematic Arts Minor and have a love for cinema.
Scholarship Criteria
- Participation in related activities is a determining factor; must have a love of cinema.
- Priority given to a declared cinematic arts minor.
- Must be a full-time student.
- Must be in good academic standing.
- Must re-apply to be considered.
- If there are no qualified applicants, the award may be given to a student with a major in the CVPA.
- Must demonstrate deep appreciation for film and cinematic arts.
- Must have an minimum of 2.5 GPA.
- No FAFSA required.
